All orders (excluding pre-orders) are immediately sent to the shipping department and processed. As a result, we may not be able to cancel the order before it ships out.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow the procedures for a return.
If your order is for a pre-order item, and it hasn't begun processing at the warehouse, you can contact us here to request cancellation.
